{"id":70,"date":"2011-11-08T19:42:34","date_gmt":"2011-11-08T19:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/este.ee\/wp\/?page_id=70"},"modified":"2011-11-18T12:26:30","modified_gmt":"2011-11-18T12:26:30","slug":"toiduhugieen-ja-haccp","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/este.ee\/ru\/toiduhugieen-ja-haccp\/","title":{"rendered":"Toiduh\u00fcgieen ja HACCP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00d5PPEKAVA EESM\u00c4RK:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Kursuslastele antakse \u00a0teadmisi ja oskusi, et seel\u00e4bi suurendada\u00a0 nende h\u00fcgieeniteadmisi. \u00d5ppekava eesm\u00e4rgiks on HACCP p\u00f5him\u00f5tetel rajanevate menetluste rakendamine koos hea\u00a0 h\u00fcgieenitava kohaldamisega.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d5pingute alustamise tingimused:<\/strong> \u00a0Koolituskeskusesse v\u00f5ivad \u00f5ppima asuda t\u00e4iskasvanud alates 18. eluaastast, kellel on v\u00e4hemalt p\u00f5hiharidus ja eelnev valdkonna t\u00f6\u00f6kogemus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AINEKAVA EHK KOOLITUSPROGRAMM:<\/span><\/strong> \u00f5ppekava\u00a0 koostamisel oleme l\u00e4htunud Euroopa Parlamendi ja N\u00f5ukogu m\u00e4\u00e4rusest (E\u00dc) nr 852\/2004, Toiduseadusest, Pakendiseadusest, Tubakaseadusest, J\u00e4\u00e4tmeseadusest, Kemikaaliseadusest,\u00a0 NACCP ja muudest \u00f5igusaktidest ning h\u00fcgieenivaldkonna teadus- ja\u00a0 uurimust\u00f6\u00f6dest. Arvesse v\u00f5etakse iga valdkonna spetsiifika enne kursuse algust.. Koolitusprogramm sisaldab endas kursuse eesm\u00e4rke, \u00f5piv\u00e4ljundeid, kursuse teemasid ja kursusel kasutatavaid meetodeid .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Meetodid:<\/strong> Kursustel kasutatakse erinevaid meetodeid vastavalt \u00f5ppija vajadustele ning teema spetsiifikale.
